How do I get my deposit back?

To return the deposit, go to the "Payments" tab in your personal account
Opposite the transactions with replenishment, find the button "Return deposit", and click on it
The deposit will be returned within 7 (seven) business days to the same card from which the payment was made.
- The money will be returned to your card. The deposit is returned to you in full, minus the bank's commission, which they charge for the transaction (check the percentage of the commission with the bank that issued the card).
